Pastor Janneke's sermon for the Second Sunday after Pentecost is based on the Gospel reading, Matthew 9:35-10:20, especially 9:37-38. The sermon theme is "Do you hear the Savior sing?"

Pastor Aker's sermon for Trinity Sunday is entitled "Dominion" and is based on Psalm 8.

Our service for Pentecost Sunday, June 4, 2017, also coincided with "Sunday Service Squared," Faith's annual community service Sunday. The sermon text for the occasion was Galatians 5:13-25.

Eighth Grade Confirmation was held at Faith on May 21, 2017. The sermon text is the New Testament Reading, Acts 17:16-31, especially 17:23: "For as I passed along and observed the objects of your worship, I found also an altar with this inscription, 'To the unknown god,' What therefore you worship as unknown, this I proclaim to you."

The service theme for the Fourth Weekend of Easter is "Worship 101." The service unpacks some of the basics of the Divine Service - how our Lord serves us in worship and life and how we serve and praise Him in return!

The focus of the service and Pastor Aker's sermon for April 30, 2017 is the Gospel reading, Luke 24:13-35.
